Possibly the best gift I could ever ask for.  After two months of having him around, I love him to bits and with all my heart.  Admittedly at the beginning, I felt as if a bomb has just landed on me, my life and my belongings, but now I think we can actually stick together and be "best bro's forever"!

The Biggest Event of My life - to date

Possibly the biggest event of life to date.  I became a big brother Calum.  It's taken 2 months to record this down in history, only because I've become wrapped up and had my fair share of sleepless nights, and hectic days.

Still not sure why we have had more visitors than usual, why everyone is running frantically around the house and why I am constantly being told to "shuuuush, be quiet....don't wake up the baby ".

Reluctant again only because it does not seem to make sense for me.  Mummy pointed to her tummy and asked me to select a present and wrap it up for her tummy??????

So i did as I was told. Wrapped it in red as it symbolises "great things to come" .......but what great things though?  Can someone please update me on what's going on!

My first habitual move

Recently moved into a larger living space. Mum tells me that I have to move over as we are expecting someone special to sleep in my bed....not happy with the prospect that  I reluctantly move into my new bed....but wow what an experience!

Dad converted the bed into a "garage" so that I can park not only my little butt there, I can park all my favourite cars there too!

There's a star inside the bed & we've since then added a fan too - keeps me cool at night

End of an Era

About 2 months ago, I kicked in my addiction - Pacifiers. I used to love my pacifier at night. 

The two most precious things that would send me to sleep would be my sleeping monkey and my pacifier.  Whenever the pacifier dropped, someone would be kind enough to put it in place again. 

But according to doctor's orders and mummy's translation, Pacifiers made me feverish hot and made me cough....so never again.

I personally think I'm a born artist.  Mum tells me that Graffiti is more suited to my streetwise style. However, recently i have been indulging into different forms of abstract art.

I can say that I started off Graffiti on the wall, but now I would like to showcase my first every abstract art piece.....for those of you collectors out there....it is worth millions...the original is kept in a vault somewhere.

Lazy Ka Ka and his "pun choi"

Mummy came home from work today and said she learnt the term "Lazy Ga Ga" it is apparently used to describe the infamous "Lady Gaga".   She then translated my name to be "Lazy Ka Ka" (they call me "Ka Ka" - short for Calum".

I think my Long intermission has lead many followers to believe that i have been lazy.  Well, I haven't, I've actually been looking after myself and my family since Chinese New Year because everyone including myself have had our fair share of being sick....well everyone except our helper Sri.  Daddy says she's the "iron lady" - well maybe he is right as I do see her holding an iron everyday.

Well, lets recall, what have I been up to since Chinese New Year?....."oh Yes".....
talk about celebrities.  I was up close and personal with a group who calls themselves "The Farmers" who were actually quite appropriate for a village environment where my g.ma lives.

To celebrate the end of the Chinese New Year, we had something called "pun choi" which apparently is a farmer celebration where they all gather around a table for some hearty "meat and more meat".  It was a 300 table affair.  They invited "The Farmers" who are rappers with hysterical lyrics about fatherhood and how us children has changed their lives. I was the youngest at the front row, and got my fair bit of attenion.

The Year of the Dragon

It's the start of the year of a Dragon, the most powerful lunar sign of the chinese calendar,
Signifying wisdom and intelligence.

I was woken up early from my warm little nest to join the new year celebrations in chilly outside temperatures.  Mum, Dad wanted to me to join them to see the festivities of our neighbourhood.  Arriving early meant avoiding the traffic. Living close by meant avoiding the crowds to secure "front row tickets".

Chinese Medication

On the 7th day of the New Year, I am taken to see a Chinese Doctor to treat a rumbly tummy.
Mummy says she no longer believes in Western Medication, and so introduced me to the more old fashioned yet hostilic approach.

I was made to drink the contents of the pictured concoction; viewed something very similar to drain water, i can honestly say it was the worst taste I can ever had imagined.  Nothing like a lovely biscuit afterwards though!
